Why should I subscribe?
Love our teas? Hate opening your tea cupboard to find that you’ve run out of your favourite Tea Huggers blend? To take away the pain of re-ordering online then simply subscribe to Tea Huggers teas. We’ll deliver you favourite blends straight to your door, when you want them. Perfect!
How do I subscribe?
On our website go to the SHOP section on the home page of our website and choose the first tea which you would like to subscribe to. Click whether you would like the teas delivered in a pouch or a box.
Simply pick the tea which would like to subscribe to and click the subscribe button.
Choose whether you would like to have your tea delivered once a month or once every two months. Press the BUY SUBSCRIPTION button.
Repeat these steps if you would like to subscribe to more teas. Once you’ve selected all the tea you would like to subscribe to go to the shopping cart icon on the top right hand side of the homepage and enter you card and address details.
You’ll then receive your teas when you want them, straight to your door:)
I don’t want to pay postage and packaging costs? How do I avoid them?
If you don’t want to pay for postage and packaging costs and live in the UK then please select our letterbox tea bundles. Each pouch has exactly the same amount of tea in them as the boxes but their flat shape mean that we can send a bundle of 2 pouches with free postage and packaging in the UK.
Can I pay for my subscription using Paypal?
At the moment you can only use a debit or credit card to pay for the subscription package. Paypal will be added at a payment option in the future.
What if I’m going on holiday and would like to pause my subscription or cancel it?
Easy! Go to our website and navigate to the top right hand side of our website and click the person icon and login on to your account. From there you can change the frequency. If you would like to pause your subscription, login as a customer and hit the Manage Subscription link. You can then click on Manage -> Upcoming Subscriptions, and then skip as many of the shipments as you'd like.
I would like to change the delivery address/card details/product quantities - how do I do this?
Go to our website and navigate to the top right hand side of our website and click the person icon and login on to your account. From there you can change all these details, quickly and easily.
