Tea Huggers will process and dispatch website orders every working day. Tea Huggers operates Monday – Friday and this does not include bank holidays. If we receive your order before 2pm on a working day we'll aim to dispatch via Royal Mail on the same day. 

If you haven’t received your parcel in 10 working days, please get in touch and we’ll happily check it out for you.

Orders under £35 - flat rate of £2.95 for Royal Mail 2nd Class 

Upgrade to Royal Mail 1^st class - £3.95

Upgrade to next day delivery - £8.50

EU: 

Flat rate of £5 for the Royal Mail Airmail delivery of Tea Huggers pouches

Flat rate of £9 for Royal Mail Airmail for all other products

Rest of World: 

Flat rate of £12 for Royal Mail Airmail delivery of Tea Huggers pouches

Flat rate of £16 for Royal Mail Airmail delivery of all other products
