Delivery

We dispatch website orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day by Royal Mail.

UK

• Free delivery on orders of £25 or more
• Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.50
• Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.25

UK orders are tracked, and you'll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

International

Royal Mail Airmail: £20 to all countries outside the UK.

International orders can take up to 10 working days to arrive and may be charged import duties or local taxes by customs on arrival. International orders over £150 and/or 2kg may be subject to an additional delivery charge; we'll get in touch if extra payment is due.

Postage is charged per delivery address, so orders sent to more than one address incur a delivery charge for each.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days, email us at hello@teahuggers.co.uk and we'll look into it.
