Refund policy

Returns

We hope you love your Tea Huggers order. If you change your mind, you can return items within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. For food safety reasons, we can't accept tea that has been opened.

To start a return, email us at hello@teahuggers.co.uk with your order number, then post the items to:

Return postage is paid by you and is non-refundable. If you're returning items worth over £50, we recommend a tracked service, as we can't guarantee to receive items lost in the post.

Damaged or faulty items

If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email us at hello@teahuggers.co.uk with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement. You won't need to pay for return postage.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll email to let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few working days to show the refund.

If you haven't received a refund you were expecting, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us at hello@teahuggers.co.uk.

Sale items

Sale items can't be refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Gifts

If you received a Tea Huggers order as a gift, refunds are made to the person who placed the order.
