How many tea bags are in a box?

Every Tea Huggers box contains 15 biodegradable pyramid tea bags.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes. We ship to most countries with Royal Mail. UK orders usually arrive within 1–2 working days of dispatch. International orders can take up to 10 working days.

How much does shipping cost?

UK: free on orders of £25 or more. Under £25, Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £3.50 and Tracked 24 is £4.25.
International: £20 by Royal Mail Airmail.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) are usually dispatched the same day. You'll see the exact cost at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked, and you'll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. If an international order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, email us at hello@teahuggers.co.uk and we'll look into it.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Do I have to pay tax on my order?

Our prices include any UK VAT due, so there's nothing extra to pay at checkout. Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties or local taxes by your country's customs on arrival.

Can I return or exchange my order?

You can return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Return postage is paid by you. Please email us at hello@teahuggers.co.uk with your order number, then send returns to Tea Huggers, 106 Arvo House, 7 Havelock Terrace, London SW8 4AS.

If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll send a replacement. See our full refund policy for details.
